Day 19: Where is the Best Place to Locate a Geothermal Power Plant?
Students will be introduced to geothermal energy. Using Google Earth, they will explore features of "hot Earth" areas in Iceland and in the United States. They will determine the best place to locate a geothermal power plant in the Northwest United States.
