Welcome Mentors
Welcome to the homepage for the mentorship component of the NSF ITEST grant at Lehigh University.
Please take a moment to review some information about our grant and about our team. You can read short biographies of each member here.
Prior to working with students at Building 21, all mentors will view a series of videos, and answer short sets of questions. These trainings are broken down into three categories: Pedagogy, Classroom Management, and Interpersonal Relations. Each section should be completed at your own pace, and reviewed as needed. They are designed to help you become familiar with what to expect when you start interacting with students.
